Benllech Tourist Information
A real bucket and spade holiday destination

Benllech is a delightful seaside resort which lies on the East coast of Anglesey, from the village it's less than three miles to the village of Moelfre and nine miles to the town of Beaumaris.

There are a small number of shops in Benllech to purchase your everyday essentials, along with a few pubs and a number of places to get something to eat.

The village is blessed with one of the most popular sandy beaches on Anglesey, Benllech Beach, here you will find a lovely long expanse of sand which continues to form part of the massive Red Wharf Bay Beach. Both of these sandy beaches are popular with families as they both offer safe swimming.

The Anglesey Coastal Path passes through Benllech offering walkers the opportunity to take off in either direction. There is a circular walk of just over four miles which heads inland then round and back onto the coastal path, alternatively, you could take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to the neighbouring village of Moelfre.

Benllech is a popular destination for anglers who enjoy sea fishing. For anglers who enjoy coarse fishing, 'Tyddyn Sargent Fishery' lies about a mile from Benllech and has two well-stocked lakes with a range of coarse fish.
