A village stay close to the Menai Straits

Brynsiencyn is a village which lies fairly close to the Menai Straits and only six miles from the Menai Bridge, a short drive of just under five miles takes you to the charming village of Newborough.

Brynsiencyn is on the A4080 road which goes on to join the main A5 road, making the village very easy to travel to by car. Alternatively, there are regular daily buses that stop off in the village.

Less than two miles from the village is Foel Farm Park, a great family day out set on a working farm located on the shore of the Menai Straits opposite Caernarfon. Visitors to the farm are able to see and feed animals, there are pony rides, tractor and trailer rides, as well as quad bike and mini-trailer rides.

Close to Foel Farm Park is Anglesey Sea Zoo, a wonderful all-weather family attraction which boasts the biggest aquarium in Wales. Visitors are taken on a fascinating glimpse of life under the ocean waves to see incredible British marine life up close, there are talks and feeding sessions, whilst outside there's a children's playground, bouncy castle and crazy golf.

Opposite Anglesey Sea Zoo is Anglesey Sea Salt Company (Halen Môn), here visitors are taken by very knowledgeable staff on a one-of-a-kind, ‘behind the scenes’ tour of the production process and to discover the history of salt, finally ending with a tasting session.
