Caerwys is a lovely small inland town found on the Western side of Flintshire, the town is about three miles away from the main A55 Expressway. Caerwys' location not only makes it easy to get to, but it also provides an ideal base for exploring all that North Wales has to offer.

The town has a number of shops that can cater for your everyday needs, there are also three pubs two of which serve food.

Caerwys is home to a 9-hole parkland golf course set in stunning natural surroundings, the course is perfect for beginners or for golfers looking to improve their short game.

The picturesque countryside that surrounds Caerwys is ideal for walks, with the 122 mile Clwydian Way circular walking trail, and the 177 mile Offa's Dyke Path only a couple of miles from the town. The nearby Moel y Parc which dominates the area, offers a more challenging walk up to its summit, but the breathtaking views which await make it well worth while.

The surrounding Clwydian Range with its many hills, bridleways, paths, woods, forests and fields are well suited for mountain biking.
