Llanrhystud Tourist Information
Llanrhystud is a seaside village located along Cardigan Bay, it's sited midway between the coastal town's of Aberystwyth and Aberaeron.

Facilities in the village include a shop/post office, cafe, and a pub serving food. In addition, Pengarreg Caravan Park has a bar and lounge that is also open to the public and serves alcoholic and soft drinks as well as food.

Just outside the village is Penrhos Golf & Country Club, it offers a choice of challenging 18-hole or 9-hole parkland courses.

Llanrhystud Beach is made up of mostly pebbles and shingle, but as the tide recedes it reveals a good stretch of sandiness providing plenty of room for all those beach games.

For walkers, the challenging ten and a half mile moderate to hard grade walk along the Ceredigion Heritage Coast Path makes its way from Llanrhystud to the town of Aberystwyth. This is one of the least walked stretches as it has the feeling of being very isolated, with no settlements along its route, but it does offer some very dramatic views that will certainly make this walk worthwhile.
