New Quay Tourist Information
New Quay is a popular picturesque coastal town located along Cardigan Bay, it's nestled between the pretty village of Llangrannog and the charming coastal town of Aberaeron.

The town offers visiting tourists a good selection of shops to browse around and lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs to choose from.

New Quay boasts three excellent beaches Dolau Beach, Traeth Gwyn Beach and Harbour Beach, all of which are sandy and all very popular with holidaymakers.

The town has a lovely sheltered harbour where you will find various pleasure craft and fishing boats, it's also a perfect spot for eating your fish and chips as you watch the boats gently bobbing up and down in the calm evening water, as the sun goes down on another glorious day spent in New Quay.

Enjoy the waters and marine wildlife around New Quay
The waters around New Quay and Cardigan Bay are teaming with marine wildlife and fish, this makes pleasure and fishing boat trips very popular. Epic Fishing Trips takes passengers of all ages on a fun-filled fishing boat trip to catch mackerel and bass, they also travel further out into the deeper waters of Cardigan Bay to try to catch sharks (these are returned back into the water). New Quay Boat Trips take their passengers on a one or two-hour long boat trip around the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast (C.M.H.C) to try to spot dolphins and porpoise, as well as seals and maybe a rare glimpse of a sea turtle.

The waters around New Quay are well suited for a range of water-based activities like windsurfing, kayaking, waterskiing, powerboating and sailing. From their centre in New Quay, Cardigan Bay Watersports offer a range of taster sessions for those looking to try their hand at sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding.
