Llangrannog Beach in Ceredigion

One of the most popular beaches in Ceredigion

This lovely beach is mostly sand with some shingle all nestled into a steep, lush green narrow valley.

Visitors couldn't really ask for a better beach, it's not massive, but it is perfectly formed, making it a popular destination for families.

There are all the amenities you could require close at hand, you can also visit neighbouring Cilborth Beach by wandering around the shore at low tide.

Best things come in small packages and that's certainly true of this beach! There are fantastic cliff top walks and great places to get something to eat nearby. The beach itself is a real sandy gem, with the added bonus of rock pools which our lads loved. Parking is somewhat of a struggle by the beach (and expensive), so we parked up the hill and used the park and ride.
