Druidston Haven Beach in Pembrokeshire

This is one of those now you see it, now you don't beaches, which is enclosed by steep cliffs.

At High tide, the waters of St Brides Bay swallow the beach completely, but low tide uncovers a lovely wide sandy beach.

Providing you keep an eye on the tide, if you head North along the beach there are some amazing cliff formations and caves.

Druidston Haven is frequented by a riding school, so horses are quite a common site on this beach.

The sea does have strong currents, so you should take extra care if you're planning a swim.
