Little Haven Beach in Pembrokeshire

Little Haven beach - A little gem.

This is a lovely little sandy beach nestled within a small sheltered rocky inlet, with sand still available even at high tide.

But at low tide, this beach really comes into its own...
Where a large sandy beach is revealed, as well as rock pools to explore, and if you're lucky enough you may find starfish washed up on the sand (look but don't touch). You can wander round the headland into a wide sandy bay called The Settlands, or at very low tide walk all the way along the shore to the beach at Broad Haven.

There is a wheelchair/pushchair friendly path that leads up to a lookout called The Point. To the South of The Point, down a steep path is a pebble beach called ‘The Sheep Wash’, once used by local farmers for dipping sheep, today it's a popular spot for safe, sheltered swimming.
