Newport Parrog Beach in Pembrokeshire

This is beach is located at the Nevern estuary, nestled within a delightful stretch of coastline. At low tide, there is a small stretch of sand, but it becomes quite stony at high tide.

There is a slipway here, which means it's popular for launching boats. The bay looks out to the Irish Sea, so conditions here are favourable for windsurfers, kiteboarders and surfboarders.

Swimming is not recommended here.
