Nolton Haven Beach in Pembrokeshire

This beach is nestled in a small sheltered bay, offering its visitors a mixture of sand and pebbles at high tide. But as the tide recedes it reveals a long, narrow stretch of sand.

If you're planning a swim here, it is considered safer at mid to high tide, due to rip currents at low tide.
