Towyn is the holiday caravan capital of Wales

Towyn is a popular and lively seaside resort located between Rhyl in Denbighshire to the East, and Abergele in Conwy to the West.

Here in Towyn you will find various shops, there are also lots of places to get something to eat while you're on the fly including kebabs, pizzas and of course, fish and chips. Towyn also has its fair share of places to have a more relaxed sit-down meal.

Towyn has always been a popular seaside holiday destination that seems to grow more in popularity year-on-year, mainly due to the fact it's well geared up for families with children and there is no shortage of things to do to keep everybody entertained. Towyn / Abergele Beach is a popular 'hot spot' with families with children as offers endless hours of free family fun, at low tide, this sand and shingle beach extends out even further to expose a fantastic stretch of golden sand. It's also a beach that finds itself popular with dog owners as their beloved four-legged furry friends are able to walk along the beach morning, noon and night all year round without restrictions.

This bouncy well-loved seaside resort has plenty of amusement arcades, as well as two busy fun parks. Knightly's Fun Park can be found by the beach in Towyn, here you'll find lots of funfair rides and attractions as well as an extensive amusement arcade and bingo, there's also a bar and restaurant on-site.

Tir Prince Leisure Park is situated right next to the A548 road, it's a fun-packed leisure park that has a wide range of amusements as well as fair rides for thrill seekers and more easy-going rides for families with children. If you're on holiday in this part of North Wales between April and September, head to Tir Prince Raceway and you can watch the thrills and spills of American style harness racing. Keen bargain hunters are also drawn to Tir Price Leisure Park each weekend from early in the year to December, as it plays host to the largest outdoor market and car boot sale in North Wales, combining markets and booters, there are over 400 stalls to browse around so you're sure to find whatever you need at a bargain price.
